You could always use the stretchSkeleton cheat to make Mario shorter - you can't really go very short without it distorting too much, but "stretchSkeleton 0.8" or maybe 0.7 would probably work. It's not permanent though (unless you edit the value in SimPE - search for "permanent stretchskeleton" for info), and you can't distribute a sim like that and have them be shorter for others, but you can always put somewhere in the upload text the value you used, and links to the tutorial on making it permanent with SimPE.

You could make a baby mario? Toddler and children have different and (in this case) more workable skeleton structures.
